3. Appointments & Scheduling

For cleaning or cleanup services:

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service charge

For lighting product orders:

  • Custom or special orders may require additional lead time

  • Customers will be notified of any expected delays or changes


4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices for products and services are subject to change at any time

  • Payment is due at the time of service or product pickup unless otherwise agreed

  • We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved payment methods

Quotes or estimates are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.


5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for detailed information.
In short:

  • Lighting product returns must be made within 14 days, unused and in original packaging

  • Janitorial service refunds may be offered if reported within 24 hours of completion

  • All refunds are subject to review and approval by management


6. Warranties & Liability

  • Lighting products may come with manufacturer warranties; please ask at time of purchase

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or use

  • Janitorial services are provided to the best of our ability using professional-grade materials and equipment

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our products or services.


7. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and delivery information

  • Allow safe and reasonable access to your property for service

  • Use our products according to manufacturer guidelines

  • Treat our staff with respect and professionalism
