📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation by phone or email with delivery or pickup details.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Options

We currently offer the following options:

1. Local Delivery (Porterville & Surrounding Areas)

  • Delivery available within a 25-mile radius of our store

  • Standard delivery window: 2–5 business days

  • Delivery fees may apply based on distance and order size

  • Free delivery on qualifying orders (ask us for details!)

2. In-Store Pickup

  • Available during regular business hours

  • You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup

  • Please bring a copy of your receipt or order confirmation

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will:

  • Arrange for a replacement or refund

  • Handle return shipping if applicable

  • Assist with filing any claims for damaged items
